PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. with Tax Identification Number B02797686 informs the User that their personal data will be processed in order to provide the services requested and to send them information about our company that may be of interest to them.

Sending and recording personal data

The sending of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by MAISON SILKAMORA S.L.. Likewise, failure to provide the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of subscribing, registering or receiving information about these services.

Finally, Article 5(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 determines the need to establish appropriate security safeguards against unauthorised or unlawful processing, against loss of personal data, accidental destruction or damage. This implies the establishment of technical and organisational measures aimed at ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of personal data and the possibility (Article 5(2)) to demonstrate that these measures have been put into practice (proactive accountability).

Accuracy and veracity of the data provided.

The User who sends the information to MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. from any responsibility in this regard.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The User agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of this information. MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. is exonerated from liability for any damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. provided that it comes from sources outside MAISON SILKAMORA S.L..

Transfer of data to third parties

MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of transfer to a third party, prior information would be required to obtain the express consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 4.11 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data retention

In any case, the shelf life shall be the minimum necessary and must be maintained as a minimum:
• 4 years: Law on Offences and Penalties in the Social Order (obligations regarding affiliation, registrations, cancellations, contributions, payment of wages…); Arts. 66 ff. of the General Tax Law (accounting books…)
• 5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without special time limit)
• 6 years: Art. 30 Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices…)
• 10 years: Art. 25 Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act.

Exercise of rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and objection

You may send your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, portability and opposition by post to MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (Google, hereinafter referred to as “Google”) to protect data submitted through forms on our users’ pages. This service makes it possible to differentiate between data submitted by individuals and automated messages and involves the transmission of the IP address and other data required by Google for the use of the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, the data will be transmitted to Google so that it can be used. The IP address will be encrypted by Google in member states of the European Union as well as in partner states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will IP addresses be transmitted to a Google server in the USA for encryption. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website.
