All products offered on the store are covered by the commercial warranty of the supplier of the product. Prices

All products indicate the selling price and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Delivery of products

Sale of infoproducts in the online shop (specific courses or patterns): The delivery of the products once the purchase has been made will be immediate. The purchase of immediately downloadable products begins with the payment of the product and ends when it is downloaded.
The product can be downloaded in an unlimited way from the user’s profile in their personal etsy account. So if there is any problem during the execution of the download you can contact the PatternCos Patterns etsy store from the contact form on the store profile.
In the case of access to a video tutorial, downloading the video tutorial is not permitted. However, the user may access the tutorial at any time as long as he/she does so with the matching password.
There is no minimum duration for which the buyer is obliged to maintain our business relations. No financial guarantee or deposit is required for the purchase of our products. As for the material support in which they will be received, it will be by download, with greater or lesser quality and interoperability depending on the specific characteristics of the digital product purchased. There is no geographical limitation on access to the content sold on our website. The products sold on our website enjoy all intellectual property protection rights. We also use all the necessary technical measures to guarantee the security of the purchase and secure access to the digital products.


Right of withdrawal, reimbursement of payments and complaints

According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal. The PatternCos Patterns Etsy shop does not accept returns of PRODUCTS. All products in the shop are digital, so once the product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Likewise, as they are digital products, there are no material costs for returning the product.


Jurisdiction

MAISON SILKAMORA S.L. also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and content or for breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
